Love yourself as mush as you want to be loved.
The best way to love yourself is by giving yourself the gift of time. The time to nurture your body, mind and soul. Ask yourself "what do I need?" it will give you the opportunity to listen to what it is that you need in this moment. So, take the time, to slow down, sit down and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath. Sigh it out. Another deep breath. Sigh it out. This time, try to fill up your belly with this breath as slowly and intentionally as you can. Hold onto that breath for just a moment. Slowly release your breath. Notice how your breath feels now without controlling it. Notice the rhythm, pace and influxes it has. Notice the breeze that happens when you inhale and exhale. Notice how your body moves on it's own, naturally and organically. Focus on your breath, on your body and on your mind. Don't try to do anything. Know that you are everything. And, you have everything that you will ever need.
Start with 5 minutes a day.
